What ingredients are in it?

We put only essential ingredients into each of our products – our menopause gummy includes Magnolia Bark Extract (for relief of stress and anxiety), Chaste berry (for immunity support), and Black Cohosh (to regulate estrogen). 

Can I take this while I am nursing or pregnant? 

All of our ingredients are natural, but it is recommended not to take this while you’re nursing or pregnant. Ask your doctor before taking any of Aura Essentials products.

Does it matter when I take these supplements?

The time of the day isn’t critical, but it is important that you take them every day to feel the effects. We also recommend taking all of our supplements with food to aid in digestion and absorption of the ingredients.

Helps with my sleep
